Hawaii Engaged Encounter, a religious based not-for-profit organization devoted to helping young couples make a lasting commitment to each other,  is just one of the many nationwide Engaged Encounter chapters using the AccuCMS platform.

Engaged Encounter required a system that would minimize data errors manual data entry, and would provide a better experience for the engaged couples attending the Engaged Encounter retreat.

The solution was the Engaged Encounter database system.  The system provides a complete online experience for both registrants and Engaged Encounter volunteers.  The system captures registration data through an online registration form, which includes the ability to process credit card transactions.  The database system allows Engaged Encounter to view all registration data directly in the database (without the requirement for any special programming or other technical skills).  Each Engaged Encounter "chapter" that has implemented the system has noted a sharp rise in online registration, and has dramatically decreased data entry errors and billing issues.  It has also dramatically decreased the amount of administrative time Engaged Encounter volunteers spend managing registrations.
